Sleeping arrangements are: King Master, 3 King guest rooms, Queen guest room with bunk beds and a Queen guest room with a Queen sleeper couch plus additional day bed and trundle. This home also has an additional Queen sleeper couch, daybed and trundle in downstairs living room.
