You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts and more - the choice is yours!

MAXIMUM CARS ACCEPTED: 3 Vehicles. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each car a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a max. matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorbikes, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not allowed in DeBordieu Colony.

Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bicycle paths and a enchanting year round climate. CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home is associated with a Sport Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining.
