The dining areas can seat up to 18 guests, and the kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges and a kitchen island with 8 bar stools, and is located on the 3rd floor. Savor calming on the huge porch adorned with rocking chairs, while the crow's nest offers photogenic ocean vistas. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, with a relaxing creek at the back of the home, this property offers the ideal blend of comfort and coastal appeal. MAXIMUM CARS: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 8. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM

RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorbikes, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not allowed in DeBordieu Colony.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and a champion Pete Dye golf course.
