Off the kitchen, you'll find 2 comfortable sitting areas/den, ideal for unwinding after a day on the beach. Step outside to the screened porch, where you can savor the coastal breeze. The main floor also includes a convenient half bath and a washer and dryer for your convenience. For accommodations, the main floor has a roomy bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms are included. A special kid's hangout area invites young guests to appreciate watching TV or playing games, making this home ideal for families. This property is ideal for gathering with appreciated ones and appreciating everything this area has to offer!

MAXIMUM CARS: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 5. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each car a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a max. matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis and a champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual luxury costs, like green costs.
